What is Yoga?

...e practice of poses or postures, with attention being paid to breathing. The goal is to develop a balance of strength and flexibility within the body. I can only say in reference to the religion factor that although yoga is a part of the Hindu religion, it is not in itself a religion, and some of the benefits obtained by a regular practice would only, in my opinion, enhance and strengthen your religious convictions, whatever they may be.
